"We had a good stay overall. The house was comfortable, spacious, and worked well for our group. Everything was generally as expected and we enjoyed our time there.There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The downstairs shower had a loose temperature control and we weren’t able to use it because the water was coming out very hot, and the trash was already full when we arrived. These didn’t have a major impact on our stay, but were worth noting.Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay, especially for a larger group."

"Perfect Family Reunion:This 2-story Townhome was clean & spacious. It is an end unit, very peaceful & private. Excellent communication with host. The attached garage can hold two cars, we were provided with a garage opener in addition to access code. Enjoyed espresso in the mornings just down the street and many local great restaurants to walk to. The pool and tennis courts were well maintained - host offered us tennis equipment, couldn't squeeze it in with all our other activities. We made it to the Torrey Pines beach across the street, there were chairs, towels and umbrellas in the unit. Overall, we loved this place - great for couples, families and kids. Great host too!"
