"Adam was great to work with: timely & courteous in his communication. Property is perfect for 1 or 2 people: well-furnished, clean, quiet & intimate. Loved the roof top sitting area for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.Was there 4 days & never had a problem finding street parking directly in front of the unit. Gate enters into a beautifully landscaped courtyard, property was well-stocked we everything we could want. Easy walk down to the beach & local restaurants/coffee shops.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"Plenty of room. It’s actually a 3 bedroom with a fold out couch on the 4th room. On 3 levels with great amenities and location. Great for a family meet up. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the ocean. Highly recommend for those that are ok with stairs."
