"We had a lovely stay at the condo in Del Mar. The place is clean and well equipped for a beach vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and beach chairs and towels were available to use. There were 5 of us staying and everyone was pleased with our stay here."

"We’ve stayed at this house for the last several years. The recent remodel made all the difference for us in returning as it was getting a bit rundown. Great job on the remodel and attention to detail with providing all the essentials! The yard is very dog friendly annd secure. The proximity from door to shore can’t be beat. We had a few issues at check in with the TV, missing lighter for the fire pit, and the hot tub was a bit funky. Shawna and team quickly addressed all issues and we were operational in no time. I’d recommend getting rid of the auto-on light feature in the master bathroom and entry way. Any toss or turn during the night would trigger the lights to turn on. We resolved it by placing a towel in front of the sensor. Other than that, it was a great trip! Thanks for the stay!"

"We stayed in the Blue Pearl over Labor Day weekend - 2 kids and 2 adults. The location is what makes this place amazing! Also the fact that we were able to bring our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. The beds were comfortable, the property management company was helpful and communicated well with us. They provided plenty of beach gear as well. We knew ahead of time that the home did not come with AC, and it since the weather was in the 80s, it was definitely hot trying to sleep at night. Fortunately, they provide plenty of fans to help with air circulation and cooling. The only thing I wish we would have known ahead of time was that the beach does not allow dogs from June 16th - Labor Day Weekend. We made it work though, and had an amazing stay."

"This is a very nice and comfortable house. It is centrally located and close to Del Mar, shops and restaurants, and the beach. The check in process was seamless, the house is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub are great. The only drawback is that it sits on a very busy road and during peak hours there is traffic noise in the backyard and in the upstairs bedrooms."

"We had a good stay overall. The house was comfortable, spacious, and worked well for our group. Everything was generally as expected and we enjoyed our time there.There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The downstairs shower had a loose temperature control and we weren’t able to use it because the water was coming out very hot, and the trash was already full when we arrived. These didn’t have a major impact on our stay, but were worth noting.Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay, especially for a larger group."

"Wonderful large house for our family. Lots of space, many rooms and great kitchen. The backyard table and chairs, hot tub, and mini ping pong table. The house is in a terrific area, a short walk from the beach and a short drive to all attractions! Great communication with Selim."
