"The hotel is a really quirky building in an amazing location. The staff are friendly and hard working but the breakfast is very poor. No cheese whatsoever the first day and no toast or bread of any kind. Slices of supermarket cheese added the next day but with no bread, hardly counts as continental. "The Beach House is well situated near all the attractions in Llandudno. We can board the tramway and the cable within minutes of walking. The beach and the magnificent pier are also very close to the hotel. At a very reasonable price we are able to enjoy the comfort and quiet rooms with amazing breakfast for the three days of our stay. We would surely come back for our next visit. "

"Fantastic bb in a quiet part just off main street. A great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We did Zip wire and Snowdon in the time we had. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. Lovely guess lounge and really nice breakfast room with and excellent breakfast. Loved the homemade baked beans. Dave is a fantastic house, very welcoming, friendly. We wouldn't look anywhere else when staying in Betwys Y Coed now we found Summer Hill. Thanks Jo and Roy. "

"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "

"Our 3rd time, cozy, well equiped small old cottage, seconds walk from to the sea front, a couple minutes from the nice Seagrass cafe. Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus...
