"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"Pros: - The owner was quick with communication. - Good location, central to downtown and the convention center. - A/C worked great. - Has a balcony. Cons:- The unit had a strong cigarette smell, mixed with fragrances to cover it up. It was very strong. "We (4 adults) were in town for a wedding. Found this 2 Bed/2 Bath in the perfect location. Host is very responsive and communicates regarding your stay. Building and garage use security measures to keep you safe"

"This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building "

"Horrible. Firstly we couldn't reach a host and there was no number to call. The text exchange was just AI responses. I wish i could post the exchange it was ridiculous. The property was in a horrible part of town. Surrounded by homeless people. Uber driver insisted on escorting us in. When we opened the door to the apartment we couldn't breath. Clearly there had been work done recently as the smell of varnish or sealant of some kind was overwhelming. Without a window to open we had to vacate...

"For the price this was a nice place. A few dirty towels, walls/baseboards, and broken items. But management sent over towels immediately. I would stay here again! "

"Randy, the check-in guy was fabulous very informative and very polite. You do have an issue in your bathrooms with the toilets and drain system in the tub like it don't wanna go down other than that. The room was fabulous."
