"Photos are much better. Laundry is not self-service- it is pay per item and very expensive. Food was decent. Bathroom was clean but the extra blankets were not very clean looking and there was no cover to put them in. Front desk staff are nice."

"Fabulous position opposite Wawel Castle on the river. A reasonably quiet spot at night. Easy walking distance to everywhere in Krakow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very big room with 3 huge windows and a perfect view for a good price. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was large and shower worked well. Hotel transfers were very good and on par with the Internet price wise. I would stay here again. "

"I had an enjoyable one-night stay at the Europejski. The hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and my room was comfortable. It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Krakow. "
