"Overall really good stay for a good price. Check-in was fast and easy. Pool was open from 7 am to 10 pm, nothing fancy, water heated some so not too cold with selection of tables, chairs and a few loungers, no towels so bring your own. Room clean and nice. Breakfast is good too."

"La Quinta gave me affordable, solid-quality housing for a week in Davis, CA when I needed it for a mixed trip (partly work, partly non-work). A very kind desk clerk let me check into a good room 2.5 hours before the formal check-in time, which was invaluable (I was exhausted from several previous days of work). Uber transportation was fast and reliable; walking to central Davis was a bit longish but not unreasonable or undoable. A clothes washer and dryer on my room floor was very helpful indeed for refreshing my traveling wardrobe. The staff in general were courteous and helpful. Morning breakfasts were monotonous but got the job done. Definitely a strong option for visits to Davis."
