"Tv remote did not work. Clock did not work. There was plaster missing in the middle of the ceiling. The door to the room was damaged and hard to open and close. Looked like it had been forced open with a crowbar and damaged the door frame. "

"I did not eat the breakfast as I think most hotel breakfasts are below average. Room was decent. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Could use some deep cleaning and a good paint job. Coffee pot was located on the counter inside the bathroom. Not real sanitary. "

"It was a decent enough location and price. It was clean and maintained, I could hear people in other rooms and it seemed like there was a lot of doors closing throughout the night. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Part of the shower head was broken. I booked through Expedia and at first it said my room was going to be $79 but then when I put the dates in it went up to $150 but it was last minute. My biggest complaint was I had clicked the option to pay upon arrival but when I got there they had already charged half the room price and it was billed differently than how it was explained on Expedia so that was annoying"

"Clean rooms, breakfast was good, breakfast area was nice, was able to use the the area to spend time with family to play games and hang out. The staff even offered other games if we were interested. We were visiting family, overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again!"

"The worst Hot Breakfast. While the breakfast sandwiches were in a heated buffet server, they were not warm. The sandwiches were cold and there was no way for guests to heat them. The oatmeal was as thick as school paste and very little in the pot at 8:00 a.m.. The only other item which could be considered warm was pancakes and the machine was not working. The coffee was even terrible, even though it is made by individual cups."

"No microwave in the accessible room??? The REFRIGERATOR DIDNT WORK . .Had bought food could warm it. Only provide COFFEE , NO BREAKFAST. WAS ONLY 1 BATH MAT. IN ROOM HAD TO GO THE THE NIGHT CLERK TO GET TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. INTHE TRANSITION OF THE REMODEL SEE WOOD FLOORS AND ALL WOODEN HOLLOW DOORS, NOT THE BEST SECURITY. Windows had no screens on. Them right Windows a large Crack n it from top to bottom . The beds were ok . THE ROLLING BLACK CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN I THINK, SAT DOWN IN IT , IT WENT BACK AND, THROWED ME ON THE FLOOR. OUCH I HURT MY BACK. Told attendant/ AM AGENT DESK CLERK LIGHT , She gave me a chair out office But back still hurts.!!! Seems in remodeling cheaper room doors and , wood floors were put in,?????? For the pain and inconvenience of not being able to warm my food or keep anything cold cause the refrigerator did not work I should be reimbursed my money back . ALL OF IT............parking was ok , .."
