Staff were attentive without being overbearing. Requests are handled quickly. You feel looked after without any friction. Food and drink options are solid. The breakfast buffet menu is varied and well executed. Location is a major advantage. You are right at Silverstone, yet it still feels like a calm and private retreat. This is a place that gets the fundamentals right and then builds on them. Strong design, reliable service, and a clear identity. It is easy to recommend and easy to return to."

"Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions"
