"We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles."

"Wasn't the best of places , didnt like the size of my room and there was little to no amenities"

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. This is not a high end resort, but you get good value for your money. Restaurant is pricey if you are not using an all inclusive package. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but enough to get you through the morning."

"It s good"

"I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone"

"This place was great, I almost didn't want to leave a good review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The staff was friendly and very personable. The property also isnt too far from anything. I had one small issue with my room and it was rectified within minutes. All in all I had a great stay."

"It was great thanks "

"The property is currently being renovated, many empty rooms/suites because of this but it's AWESOME! Sharing such a large gorgeous space with so few people was amazing, I booked 2 extra nights because of how quiet & peaceful it was there. The value is undeniable. Staff is friendly & helpful. There was definitely rowdy behavior in the common areas on the weekend but if you don't expect that now in the Caribbean idk what to tell you. It's the perfect balance!"

"Everything was spot on. Friendly and accommodating were our hosts. Great value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Our stay at Royalton Saint Lucia was disappointing. The waitstaff, bartenders, and spa staff were lovely, and Taya, Josann, Kareen, and Tracy deserve special recognition. The spa staff thoughtfully acknowledged my birthday. Unfortunately, management and guest services were often rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We were promised a move to a king room at 10:30 the next morning. At noon, it still wasn’t ready, and my follow-up was met with attitude. We were instructed to vacate our original room...

"My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

"Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices."

"Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon."

"Nice cozy stay. Nice size room, good breakfast selection I just wish the St Lucian breakfast came with the breakfast with the room. Great location with beach and shops being walking distance."
