"Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key. Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. "This is the second time staying at this hotel between flights. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff are very helpful. The room had a great view of the airport! Shoutout to the restaurant staff, it was the final Club World Cup soccer game and they did a good job. I really enjoyed watching the game with other hotel guests. Thanks again for making my layover fun and easy!"
