"I was not impressed with the check in process. 2 staff at the reception desk but they still expected me to use the self-check-in which asked way more questions that was needed. When you spend over EUR150 for a night in a hotel you expect to be greeted an served by a person and not be told you have to use the self check-in because that is what management want! Then at check-out i used the email link I was send and had to chase later in the morning for the final invoice to be emails"

"Clean and fairly new hotel. We enjoyed staying there. Parking is available next to the building. 15-20mins walk from terminal 2 exit, and 3 mins walk to the Gateway Gardens local train station. It's convenient to get around. It's a self check-in/out process, make sure to read the check-in pdf instructions and have the reservation code provided for a smoother check-in. I'd highly recommend this hotel."

"The temperature is never ideal. I always wake up with stuffy nose. The pillow covers are made of fabric that is not breathable, very uncomfortable."

"Excellent choice for a longer layover and beyond. The hotel above a little shopping centre, above the airport train station, with a quick 10 minute sky-bridge walk to the airport itself."
