"Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key.

"This is the second time staying at this hotel between flights. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff are very helpful. The room had a great view of the airport! Shoutout to the restaurant staff, it was the final Club World Cup soccer game and they did a good job. I really enjoyed watching the game with other hotel guests.

"The hotel, room, staff was great. My complaint: the shuttle. It is NOT CLEARLY COMMUNICATED, verbally or with signage, that said Parkhaus is 500 meters away. Yes, the shuttle WILL drive right past you ( and the other guests) when you are 5 m away from the stop after you have decided that maybe we should head that way. 12 people stranded, waiting anadditional 30 minutes to get to airport. So, GO TO THE PARKHAUS. Early."
