"Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

If the castle is meant for relaxation, why do delivery trucks wake you up at 6:30am? Who do they put guests right on top of each other when the place is nearly vacant? Why don't the toilet seats stay up because the handle is in the way? Why is the shower so small and with no shelf to hold soap or shampoo? And if this is a place of learning and...

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you step out of the front door you immediately know that you are in London. "Lovely accommodation. Very lovely hosts. Very good breakfast . Comfy bed. Unfortunately close to M2 bridge and rail line. Relaxing with constant back ground noise . And i would say not in a marina more a boat yard. Not a problem for us but need to be aware very steep stairs to upper deck. "
