"The property is beautiful. Lots of rural charm while being close to Bardstown. Our favorite spot was the firepit at dusk. It looks over a field that is lit up with fireflies. The house has tons of antiques and plenty of beds for our group of 10. There is a book with the history of the property which was a nice touch. The skittle game was also popular. Over all it was a great place to come back to after tour distilleries all day. Highly recommended."

"What an incredibly great place to stay. The home was immaculate, and the property is very well maintained. Therese and Terry are wonderful hosts. The home itself is an old home with all the modern amenities while keeping the old spirit. The back porch was a great place to hang out and just listen to the sounds of the farm. "This property was easy to find and very well maintained. It was interesting being on a working farm. Caron had a great book with lots of information. She left us some country ham and biscuits. She had everything we could have ever needed. We love all the sunsets & all the fireflies. Our family became Makers Mark Ambasssdors a few years back and we planned this family vacation to pick up our bourbon. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, Caron"

"We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy."

"Please don’t hesitate in booking this property. It was immaculate and the amenities far exceeded other properties I have stayed at. Plenty of paper products, towels and kitchen supplies. The owner has supplied everything you need, even throw blankets for the sofas when you want to cozy up in the cute living room. The king bed was extra comfy. Would absolutely stay here again."
