Amusingly, the replica jail sits 100meters from a historic tavern. Not so amusingly, the replica jail is quarantined off by display glass and the tavern is now a gift shop or something as disappointing. Nonetheless, made for a fantastic afternoon

"Cute, fully renovated house in what seemed to be in an up and coming neighborhood. The street itself seemed a bit sketchy, but we felt safe and comfortable to walk to the restaurants nearby. Super close to downtown Lexington, which was a huge plus! Beds and couch were very comfy. It worked for our 2 night stopover on our way up north. Thank you!"

"The Bourbon Sanctuary was perfect for our getaway weekend with friends. It was very comfortable for 2 couples. Only a short distance from the highway so it was easy to head out to the distilleries on the bourbon trail. We would definitely stay here again. "
