"Great place"

"Great location. In walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and just a block away from the subway / T. The hotel was extensively remodeled in 2023 and shows well. The fitness room is extensive. The hotel room was clean and the elevators were very quick. The valet parking is very expensive, but there are many public parking garages around including the Boston Commons garage for $20/day on the weekends. That garage also has extensive EV charging bays. "The hotel staff were terrific from check-in to bartender to valet and housekeeping. We were there for a Berklee graduation and the location is great. The room size is large, particularly compared to hotels in NYC where we typically stay. Two downsides: One, the hotel listing on Expedia says there is a pool. There is no pool. Two, the hotel elevators can't accommodate a large number of guests. They're easily overloaded, making getting in and out of the hotel a very slow process, sometimes...

"The hotel was beautiful. Very open feel and staff were friendly. When you walk in you smell the smoke from the Spanish restaurant instantly. If smoke bothers you, beware as it spreads over entire hotel. The beds are firm which was not great for my spinal issues. Our tv didn’t work and there was no hotel bartender. Had to try and get seat at restaurant to get a drink."
