"The hotel is really well-maintained, and the staff were super helpful, especially when we needed to change our beds on short notice. They even assisted us in getting tickets to both castles when we couldn't manage to do it online. Our room was nice—though not super spacious, it was tidy and cozy. The view from the windows was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the castle! One quirky thing is that the toilet is tucked away in a small closet, which might be a bit snug for those with claustrophobia....
