"We were there for a funeral. The staff was very kind and attentive."

"Very comfortable, everything in perfect condition"

"We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!"

"Front desk staff, cleaning and shuttle driver were all very nice and polite!! They made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very fulfilling. Only downside The toilet in our room got clogged and no one was able to unclog it on a Sunday afternoon. However the overall experience was good."

"The staff was so helpful. Gave me a welcome gift. Fixed some fresh coffee. The lemon water was so refreshing. My room was so neat and clean. Very ample parking and well lit around the premises. The breakfast was delicious. Had a good selection of breakfast items. Very quiet and no disruptions in the night. Thank you for making this traveler feel so welcome."

"The property was clean and well maintained, as was the room. The breakfast offering was one of the better ones I have been to. The only disappointing aspect was the paid parking. I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Add it to the room rate if you must squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I don't like to be surprised when I show up at a property."

"The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

"Very convenient nice and clean hotel."

"Very nice hotel! great customer service and well decorated, I stay just for one night but I could stay longer if had more time."

"Our time at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Ayrsley was another fantastic experience. The lobby area is great and welcoming, and our room was impeccably clean and neat. My wife and I had a wonderful time enjoying the drinks and atmosphere at the bar. Everything was truly wonderful from start to finish."

"EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"The hotel wasn't bad but the room was very small, and the smell of weed knocked us back when we got off the elevator. My daughter stayed here before and had the same experience with the smell. The shuttle was nice to the airport."

"The size of our room for 4 was great, we had enough room."

"A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!"

"Quality attention to detail, ease with checking in and out. Relaxing atmosphere. Overall best stay ive ever had."
