"Great building with wonderful amenities! Unfortunately, the beds are VERY HARD and uncomfortable. We went home with major backaches. If the property manager upgraded the beds the stay would be a 10/10!"

"We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. The apartment was not the one in the photos but it was very nice. It was clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building is pet friendl and the staff that work the front desk were all very pleasant. "Stay was great. Registration was not. Terribly laborious online registration process, far more cumbersome than booking a hotel or even buying a house. Ridiculous."

"The apartment was very nice, great building and nice desk staff and facilities. Very safe and comfortable. Some minor maintenance items to report, bathroom sink doesnt drain, but I cant report it to global luxury site to give feedback errors out. The issue is Global Luxury suites that really created a stressful and negative experience, so be advised When you book a property on vrbo, everything should be disclosed and managed through the vrbo site. "The room and area are well equipped for a fun and relaxing weekend, everything you need is within a couple minute walk. The staff is very accessible and friendly!"

"The location is great. The apartment was very average with minimal supply’s. There were no dish rags for the sink, one dishwasher pod and the dishwasher didn’t even work! The toaster is toast and the mattress was as well! On top of that the grills on the roof didn’t work they were out of gas… but we made it work!"

"keys not available upon check-in; communication with host convoluted with management company being itself managed by warehoused -- spend literally hours on phone getting info on checking in and then getting keys for apt when i arrived. place clean but sterile and pictures were deceptive -- the space felt cramped with one of the rooms just an empty room. "My siblings and I had a good experience with this hotel! Slight issue at first concerning the safety deposit, but management was professional, and accommodating. Besides that, the staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and tidy and was a good walking distance to places to eat and shop. Gym was good as well. Good experience all around "

"I was determined to solve the towel mystery. However at checkout I blanked and forgot. At checkin for 3 people only 1 towel 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel in the room. I went to the front desk and was able to get more. Beyond that everything was good. They don’t clean everyday unless you request service. great location quiet plenty of food and shopping nearby easy access to I-270 and the Shady grove metro."

"Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great! Had a one bedroom suite so the bedroom wasn’t open to the hallway which helped to avoid hearing any foot traffic. I was able to hear the elevator ding whenever the AC was off but it wasn’t super loud. The gym was very nice which was kind of surprise. We used the free bus around the corner the most. There is a free shuttle advertised by the hotel but it was only 7am-3pm Monday-Friday to the metro but it didn’t make sense to take it. Lots of places to eat near by under a half mile! "
