The owner / Hostess, Donna, is truly amazing. She is very tentative to detail and ensuring your stay is as informative or secluded as you prefer. The view is fantastic and the Studio is well appointed. Should our travels have us return to the area, we would most certainly make this our go to.

Lovely studio with everything we needed. Nicely furnished and clean, comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood and convenient to everything. Enjoyed walking around the lake! Donna the hostess was very nice and helpful with suggestions on area attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was spectacular! Being on the lake is so peaceful and the studio is beautifully decorated. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the space is clean and well kept. Donna is an incredible hostess who kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

Beautifully decorated condo in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We woke up to the gorgeous view of the lake (kayaks available). So many places to sit and read, take a nature walk or walk to close by amenities (coffee, mall, music venues). We enjoyed the quiet, the soft towels, the comfortable bed, and places to relax. The host was responsive, gracious and welcoming.

I found myself able to relax and recuperate in this truly resort-like stay. Both the interior and exterior of the stay were clearly curated with care to create a clean, warm, and inviting environment. I deeply appreciated the beauty of the sun room, through which I was able to peer out across the water each morning. I found the neighborhood inviting, and particularly easy to navigate on foot. I will definitely be returning!

I was in Columbia for a work week and find this location to be the most convenient for getting around the local area. This was a beautiful apartment on the lower level of the home that provided amazing views at Wilde Lake. Enjoyed the walk around the lake after work with my dog and just sitting out having a drink in the great atmosphere. Lots of nature to spot!

I just spent a wonderful week in Columbia, Maryland at a perfect studio apartment. Waterfowl Terrace is right on Wilde Lake. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location and Donna is the ultimate hostess. I’m usually ready to go home after a week away but I could have easily stayed another week…or two. I highly recommend this location! I will be returning next year😊

We loved our stay at the Waterfront Columbia Studio. The home was beautiful, with plenty of natural light. It also has a perfect view of the sunrise over the water. It was just a short distance from Baltimore and other tourist destinations, and it was within walking distance of several local attractions, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The bathroom was a bit small, but the other benefits of the property made up for that. Donna, the host, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. She reached out several times to ensure that we were enjoying our stay and to ask if we needed anything.

This is an immaculate place to stay with a hostess that goes above and beyond in her thoughtfulness to her rental and her guests. The view is as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed the waterfront patio and three season heated porch with our coffee each am. Quiet and peaceful nights sleep on a comfortable sheets and bed. Thick, luxurious, pure white towels after a hot shower. Highly recommend. The color scheme is soft and well carried throughout. Everything was clean and fresh. There is kayaking on the lake and fishing front he dock. A putting green with three holes. We had people in for dessert after dinner out and they were impressed as impressed with the beautiful space as well!

We spent four weeks in this studio while undergoing medical treatment. Each day we enjoyed coffee in the sunroom while watching the sun rise and the lake come to life. This well appointed studio was a daily reminder of the joys in this world - from walks around the lake to the beauty of nature to the kindness of others. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, keeping us informed of events in the area, tips for shopping, checking to make sure we had all that we needed, all the while respecting our privacy. Whether for business, pleasure, or anything in between, a stay in this studio is time certainly well spent.

This elegant, quiet and spacious studio sitting on a lake is the absolute perfect place for you to retreat, to rest your body and mind, and replenish your spirit. It's also a perfect space for a couple to be alone and rekindle intimacy. Everything in the studio is beautiful from the place mats to the glasses to the headboard over the luxurious, extremely comfortable king-size bed. The host Donna is wonderful. Plus the neighborhood and the trail around the lake makes walking a real pleasure. And if you want to go nowhere, just sit out on the little patio, and watch the gently flowing lake and all the ducks and geese gliding by. So calming, so healing. I plan to come here as often as I can.
