"The room was clean and attention given was amazing. The location is very convenient, I’d stay there again"

"TVs did not work the whole time. It was a stop to rest and relax in the room. That didn’t happen. Went for dinner and came back, nothing to do. Turning the shower on was different. We had to call and ask, pull a section up on the faucet, not a “knob”. Breakfast was basic, but okay. They definitely go by the time, she did ask if we were finished. Not sure we would stop there again."

"Had called for a late check out and was told they can only do an extra 30 minutes (11:30am). After calling the front desk for that request, housekeeping came to the door 4 times before the actual 11am checkout time. On the 3rd time, someone banged on the door like the police, shouted "housekeeping" and tried to aggressively open the door when it was latched. Even after telling him to come back later, another housekeeper came back about 20-30min later. I understand they have a job to do, but I've stayed at many hotels over the years and never experienced that before. Poor communication and bad judgement from the staff. Also found hairs all over the place in the bed, bathroom etc. If they're in such a hurry to kick out guests so they could clean, you would at least expect the rooms to be spotless. Normally a big fan of Sonesta hotels but this will likely be the last time I ever stay at one again."

"First time stay. Wonderful!!"

"Bad area. Homeless people woke us up at 3 in the morning moving all of their belongings and talking loudly. Roach crawled out from behind wall morning after sleeping. Room felt wet the entire time. But you get what you pay for. Only writing review so others do not get tricked by other reviews. Front desk person was amazing, things just out of her control. Needs a lot more work in renovations and training housekeeping on cleaning standards."

"New hotel. Very nice, comfortable beds. Shower was very low pressure unfortunately. Also, no ice available so had to walk across parking lot to get ice from hotel next door. No ice buckets so was given a plastic bag."
