"When we were stopped and warned by someone in the parking lot leaving the hotel as we were on our way to check in, I knew it was bad. The room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. The couch was stained and nasty while the chair had hair all over it. The room smelled like it had been bleached with a film across the top of the floor that left our shoe prints when we walked on it. We kept our shoes on the entire time and didn’t let anyone touch anything. The furniture had spills that had dried on them and the walls in the bathroom did too. There was black mold in the bathroom and the door frame was rotting away by the floor. We stayed maybe 30 minutes and then contacted Expedia to get our money refunded for our stay and went somewhere else. They were very helpful and nice during a very stressful situation. "

"The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. The only thing that i didn’t care for was that the fan/ac never turned off and it was loud for someone who is a lite sleeper. The rooms were super quiet. "

"room was not cleaned properly the bed sheets had a stain. the couch was soiled, there was fingerprints on the furniture and door and the floor was not clean with debris. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very loud. The hallways of the hotel had an artificial freshener that was overwhelming. I was really disappointed in our room. I have stayed at other hotels and the breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine was broken and the attendant had to squeeze the batter to operate the machine. There was oatmeal that look uncooked and the eggs/sausage and bisquets were just ok. There were a lot of people dining and no one was cleaning the tables and sanitizing so the next patron could sit with their families. Need more staff to work the breakfast stations. ALso cleaning staff there was spilled juice and trash was overflowing…. The overall building was new and modern however there needs to be better cleaning staff with the upkeep. "
