"Basic breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. The check in clerk wasnt super friendly, but that doesnt bother me. Felt safe as a solo traveler."

"Good breakfast, room was disappointing as there was no separation between living area (pull out sofa) and bedroom offering zero privacy. Other ES have separate bedrooms in king suites. This hotel advertised that! Very deceptive. Also flush on toilet was louder than a freight train. It was terrible and should be evaluated. We will not be stopping here again on our travels from MI to FL and reverse. Finally, we were charged $100 for our 2 toy poodles who were better trained/behaved than most kids, They never made a sound and as they are pure bred AKC registered dogs, totally hyper allergenic. That is why we have them as I am very allergic to dogs and cats. So, the room did not need to be cleaned as thoroughly as with another breed plus we weren’t even there 12 hours! $50 should have been the fee, period."

"Pool was cold and hot tub had fecal matter floating on it and didnt realize until we had been in there for about 20 minutes. My wife broke out with an infection on her face. An elevator was down with a full hotel on Sunday morning and took 45 minutes to get down the lobby floor since a housekeeping employee had taken priority in the elevator area and would not allow any one to get on an elevator until she could with all of her gear."

"Requested room with bathtub, was not given that, called to ask if I can switch to the type of room requested, employee said yes but I would havve to come get a new key and move all my stuff instead of offering to move my things and bring a new key to me when they overlooked details about to room when they chose the room. I moved my things myself and got the the ground floor to get the new key when the employee that said I needed to come down was there when the elevator door opened saying that he was bringing me my key. Bad customer service. Also someone pulled the fire alarm at 540am the next morning. "

"The surrounding area was not great. The hotel is right next to a Super 8 and the parking lot was difficult to navigate. Our room was clean but a lot of things seemed to be broken. It looked like someone may have had a party in the room. The day bed frame was bent and my husband and I were worried about our 3 year old’s safety. Overall, the room was a decent place to sleep for a quick weekend trip."
