"when we arrived the room was not cleaned. We had requested for the new room to be cleaned the next day and that didn't happened. So at that point we decide to just stop asking since it seemed that the normal request couldn't be met. We made the best of it either way."

"I wish not to say to much but it was not a pleasant experience at all. The WiFi was terrible, I couldn’t get to YouTube for my toddler son, I only had my room cleaned once for week stay."
