It was thru Expedia and it was nonrefundable. 5 minutes after we booked, I realized this place was 40 minutes behind us - in the other direction! We called the hotel right away and asked that they refund our money even though what we booked was nonrefundable. After a little begging, management agreed to do a courtesy refund and I was extremely thankful not to lose that money - as was my husband who was in the doghouse.
