"I was here for work, so slightly different priorities. But I enjoyed breakfast in my room and the whole order the night before set up, which included the time you wished to eat. Breakfast was good. this also meant the room had a table, which in my situation was very useful. Tea and coffee etc could be replenished from hall box. Good quality toiletries. Comfortable bed. Car parking on site, in fact very convenient all round."

"What a great hotel. It is quite isolated, but is a little gem. Built in the 1930s, it retains many of its original art deco features and has been well maintained and sympathetically furnished for the period. "We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was beautiful and the food there was amazing!!"

"We loved the view of the lake from room 9 and the breakfast was excellent! The grounds are beautiful."

"Idyllic village pub with beautiful scenic views. Would highly recommend this place as there is plenty of walking trails on your doorstep. This place has a lovely traditional pub layout, fantastic food with plenty of choice, all staff super friendly and the rooms were on point. WiFi great throughout the property. Our room rate included breakfast, a lovely adequate selection which included self help items and order of the menu for hot. We will be definitely staying again when visiting the northern...
