"Perfect stay"

"Lovely staff, clean rooms, amenities and great location"

"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"Staff was excellent Room was very clean Likr the fact that there’s the laundry room"

"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"Everything was amazing - the room and the hotel, the location, the staff, the service. I highly recommend."

"We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!"

"Excellent location, helpful staff and very welcoming, very comfortable room. If I go back to Osaka I’ll stay with them again."

"The staff was very polite and respectful and the laundry facilities were very helpful"

"The location of this hotel is spot on! There’s a subway station and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, plus the bakery on the first floor is delicious. There's a 24/7 Aeon right across the street, as well as a Matsuya and FamilyMart nearby. It’s also right next to Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street with tons of great food around. Super easy to get anywhere from Minamimorimachi Station! The front desk staff speak English and are super nice. The room is bigger than your average Japanese hotel room, and...
