"We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....

"I didn’t realise how central it is to everything - the beach, yoga, shops, cafes, restaurants, mariner. I felt safe, loved the room and the gorgeous wildlife that I could see everyday and night from my balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and shared BBQ area was perfectly positioned for sun and shade. "Crystal gave great instructions to enter the property after hours. Apartment was on the top floor (note no stairs for those with mobility issues). No problem for us at all. As part of our package a mid stay clean was offered which included restocking toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher items - never usually included so that’s a real plus! Comfy beds and so close to everything including the beach a few steps away. Loved it! "

"The room was amazing for a family of four adults, we had everything we could possibly need and more. The room was so spacious, the laundry facilities were a highlight as we could do it at the end of the day without any drama. Bathrooms were brilliant, everything was just amazing. The only small complaint i would have were that the matresses were very hard. But apart from that, 10/10."

"I loved the tropical and central garden of the hotel. Staff are superb, especially under the pressure of a busy property. My room was perfect. Comfortable, cool, a great shower/tub + all amenities of an apartment (stove, over, half-fridge, dishwasher and laundry). It’s a very family-oriented resort with kids filling the pool most of the day. That’s a light negative for me, perhaps a plus for you! ;)"
