"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."

"The apartment is very cozy, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of stores and restaurants. It's a short walk to the station so you're close to busy parts of Shinjuku and connections to the rest of Toyko. Its a one room apartment fine for two but I think three people would be cramped. Appliances were all good and worked fine. Beds are comfortable. The shower is great. Host was prompt answering questions and check in was very easy. I stayed here for 28 days and would happily do it again."

Be aware there is extra charge if you have more than 2 people in the room -- we didn't know this and it caused some confusion about arrival. Hosts were very responsive and helpful overall. "Great find just a couple minutes walk from the Shimokitazawa train stop. Large space with brand new amenities - awesome price for what you get. The only complaint is that the bathroom smells a bit like mildew despite the humidifier in the room. The portable WiFi is a huge plus!"
