Plus, we knew the area — SOGO basement’s grocery store & food court for albeit pricey, wonderful deli & bakery treats for dining in our room. All of the staff communicated quite well with non-mandarin speakers & helped with various special requests. I rarely rate & review, but this hotel was perfect."
