"Hotel is clean staff is amazing. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars due to room not being ready when we arrived. We still had to wait for an hour an half to get our room. Other people were also waiting around waiting for there rooms. First time experiencing this at this location"

"This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. The lodge is small with only a few rooms so it is quiet and allows each guest to interact with the others as they wish. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was just right. We had a lovely time. The home had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rockers for a movie night. And of course, the deck was spectacular! Thanks for hosting us!"
