"East Miami is a very smart, modern hotel right in the heart of downtown Miami. It is very high tech with all controls from light switches to guest services run through mini ipads and control panels. The lifts are ordered using your room key and you can also order a room clean for a specific time. Like most of Miami, the food and drinks are relatively expensive but good. The pool area is very high end. Receptionist tried to upgrade me on arrival, which would have doubled my costs for 5 nights, so I declined, So watch out for that. There were no hidden charges or fees though unlike other hotels in and around South Beach."

Great vibe about the place and staff couldn’t do more to help you, whether that be recommending places to eat, helping you to find your bearings in the city or booking restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here for a great place to retreat to after exploring the vibrancy of Miami. "
