"Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach with amazing views, hosts went above expectations to make stay comfortable, and needs were met. From the homemade cookies and wine to the ammenities of the home all you could ever need. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!"

"What a great place for our maiden voyage to the Outer Banks! The house was so spacious, bedrooms, and bathrooms for everyone and then some. We did a lot of cooking because my daughter has a food allergy, kitchen was easy to work in and well appointed. The house is just a two minute walk to a great beach, but the pool was the big hit for the kids. We don’t have a pool when my kids are water babies, so that was pretty incredible. Pool was well appointed to with multiple Floaties and toys. And so many nice touches from the owner, little notes and special things left for us. We had a few questions here and there about the house, and Joanne was amazingly responsive. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year! Oh, and our expedition to see the famous horses of Corolla was absolutely amazing!"

"This house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and one kiddo. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was spotless and confortable for everyone! There is a gas grill (propane provided) and we cooked red snapper, salmon, and shrimp from the local seafood market. The views from the top deck are perfect for watchng the sunrises and sunsets and, as the beach bum in the family, I loved every minute of it! The pictures represent everything perfectly. We will definitely book again if available. "

"The house was in great condition with plenty of dishware and cooking implements. The location is amazing, right on the beach at an access point that seems more chill than other parts of the outer banks. We were always able to get a spot on the beach easily! The downstairs queen room is the coolest temperature-wise but the upstairs rooms were still fine, just a little warmer. The host was communicative and upfront about amenities. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our 3rd consecutive year. A very roomy, well maintained, 6 BR house with room for everybody. Very close to the pool and Harris-Teeter. We stay a lot at vacation rentals, and there is always the possibility of unexpected "issues". Jennifer has always been very responsive to any concerns.We generally cook most meals in the house, with small children, etc. This house is perfect for that."

"The house was really nice. Having 2 masters another bath and half bath was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the deck in the am and at night. The only thing that was not enticing was the porta John on the construction site next to the house we rented."
