"The air conditioning was non-functional for the first two days of our stay, which made the home uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy.The upstairs refrigerator did not work, and we nearly lost a large number of groceries, including critical medications like antibiotics and insulin for our dogs.Maintenance workers were in and out of the property multiple times across several days, making it hard for our family to relax or feel settled.The cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations, with visible mold discovered in the king jet bathroom—a clear indicator that a deep cleaning is overdue.I tried contacting the property manager over FIVE times to discuss a partial refund for the inconveniences and no one EVER got back to me. They did however break the link to be able to leave a review on the properties web page. Plenty other beach houses put there, stay one where they actually respect their customers. "
