"Most beautiful home we have ever rented. Great secure location, beautiful views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Well appointed and comfortable. Elevator was a pleasure. Cleanliness next to none. Had fun playing pool and simply relaxing. Definitely a gem of a home. "

"This house had everything we needed for our beach vacation! The beach is just a few blocks away within the gated community. The house has all your beach needs including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and a wagon to pull them in. We loved riding bikes (provided at the house) within the community. The streets are wide with minimal traffic so it was super safe for our young kids. There are plenty of shops and restaurants across the street, we barely used our car for a week. We did have a few hiccups while we were there but Jill was super responsive throughout the stay. We had an awesome time here and can't wait to come back!"

"We were very close to the beach and could see the walkway to the beach from our balcony. It took only 2 minutes to walk there. The stores were close too. The people who managed the house (Brindley) were fantastic! The kitchen was small, but we managed. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! "

"We enjoyed our week of vacation on Buck Island. It is in the middle of everything, so we walked or biked just about everywhere! Fresh seafood and shopping were very close. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub is large enough for a big group. The beach is within a reasonable walk.We did report several issues to the management company (food trash in the house upon arrival, a broken dishwasher, exterior door handle that popped off) and nothing was ever addressed. A repair guy came to look at the dishwasher, said it was the wrong brand and walked out. They said people would come to address the lock but no one ever did. When the elevator stopped working, we didn't bother reportingit since they didn't address anything else. A better property management company may help keep people returning. "

"Nice property overall. Good for families and a short walk to the beach. Close to the grocery and some activities. We loved the pool. However we did feel that the Happy Stays X app concerning rules, procedures and WiFi password was difficult to navigate or even hard to find items we were searching for. Some items that were suppose to be located in the app were not and actually sent via email. Contacting the management company directly for issues or concerns produced quick resolutions. Everyone we talked to was very professional."

"We had our 3 kids, their spouses and our 6 grands and had a great time! Location was great and we had more than enough room in the house. Such a fun family vacation!"
