"The hits: Great location with great beach access. The adult pool is nice and relaxing. The beach staff was great. The Theodosia restaurant was delicious. The misses: The Sandbar and Lifesaving Station food was mediocre. We went to the pool and two of the three times, there were no towels to be found and we had difficulty finding an employee to find us some towels. In our shower, one of the levers was not properly attached to the wall and the bathroom fan/vent did not work. One of the wall sockets in our room was not properly attached and would pull out when we would remove a plug. I asked the front desk for some silverware/plasticware and they could not find any."
Private pool open and can be heated through Thanksgiving! Pet Friendly!

"Beautiful home. It was immaculate when we checked in.The pool was super nice. The pool table was a plus! More than enough room for everyone. Any issue that we had was handled promptly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Shoreline OBX vacation rentals they are a dream to deal with!"

"10/10 vacation home! We had 16 adults and 2 babies stay here for a week and there was more than enough room for everyone. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach and a huge pool. The beach wasn't overcrowded so you didn't have to get there super early to get a good spot. The house is also very secluded and the neighborhood is quiet which was nice. Mike and Carol were great hosts and very responsive throughout the whole trip. Would definitely recommend!"

"One of the things I would change is the company they get their linens from as when we arrived there were totes of linens just sitting in the driveway. When they brought new linens on Friday before our departure they never even picked up the old dirty linens which were still sitting in the driveway and sticking out of the totes which were visible to us and also bugs."

"I have traveled to Outer Banks since 1984, well aware of the environment and weather. The house was hit by lightening Sunday on our rental from Saturday to Saturday. Never had tv or internet the whole time until Friday evening. It was the service I received and the attentiveness from the office that made the experience worse than what it was. Hate to say that used many rental companies throughout the years and not ever had this kind of service. House great location great service not good at all! Hopefully this never happens again, this is my heaven on earth!!"

"Seasar's Palace worked out perfectly for our family of 17 (nine kids, 8 adults). The style, layout, and size of the home were perfect. It has a very dramatic yet inviting great room with extraordinary high ceilings. The 7.5 bathrooms, most of which were ensuite, were convenient. The fact that there were two of everything was fantastic (disposals, sinks, dishwashers, clothes washers, dryers, refrigerators). The beds were comfortable and the linens were fine. The towels and washcloths were of unusual high quality for a rental. Wi-Fi, A/C, water pressure and temperature were all fine. The pool has some discoloration to the paint on the bottom, but it is good-sized and provided a lot of fun, as did the hot tub. We had some confusion operating the TVs in that there were a lot of random remote controls, some in the wrong rooms, but we figured it out LOL. The beach was truly remarkable...best we've had in 50 years of frequenting OBX beaches. Broad, clean, uncrowded, with manageable waves, warm water temp, and water as clear as some Caribbean beaches. Our only significant complaint is that there were a lot of things that needed to be repaired or replaced--I'll send a private list with photos to the management company. None were show stoppers in themselves, but the number showed that there may need to be more attention to detail. All in all, it was a great place for our family."

"We had a wonderful time and loved our time at Purpoise Delight. The home was beachfront and access to the beach was next to the house. It was very clean, had a nice smell upon walking in (which the kids noticed), and calm relaxing music playing on the tv to welcome us. The communication with the property management company was top-notched and the owners were accommodating. We can’t wait to book another stay!"
