"Hotel is clean and I felt safe. I want to let other travelers aware that my room faced the highways and for someone who grew up in a city, I still find it noisy as I can hear the trucks passing by...and it's Nashville so there are a lot of trucks passing by. I didn't appreciate that I need to complete parking payment/fee waiver myself online after checking-in, I think the garage is managed by another company. Also, the front desk sends you to a sales team advertising other vacation resorts as part of the check-in process. Minor: Lamps in the room were very modern looking but too bright, wish they can make the bulbs dimmer."

"The hotel itself actually exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the room was comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the servers/staff were super pleasant and attentive. The Wagyu steak and eggs were very good. The negative was the valet parking service, which is a 3rd party vendor. It was $65/night and there was only one person working for the majority of the time. He was doing the best he could, but it took us 40 minutes to get our car the first morning. Checkout was such a disaster that people were just taking their keys and hunting down their cars in order to leave the hotel. Once again, the gentleman was doing the best he could. But the valet service was totally under staffed. The hotel needs to work with the valet service to get this corrected."

"The apartment was very nice and clean. Check in and check out were both super easy and the property provides thorough instructions for both. It’s a little pricey for what it is but honestly was worth it as you’re close to everything downtown and broadway is only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!"
