When I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me a largely different amount than what I had already booked with Expedia. I also did not like that you have to pay for parking for a hotel that you're staying within.

We arrived after 10 pm. We went inside room wanted to take shower and get rest did a red eye & drove 3 hrs from Memphis. We asked for extra towels had hair, lifted sheets and looked around bedding lots of hair and dirt. The blue light showed baseboard along bed not vacuumed, and carpet. The management sent an inexperienced worker & management need to call supervisor at home. They wanted to give us another room separated from our group different floors and worker didn’t know what to do. Manager told us if we didn’t like it to leave at 130 am without a car let alone to pay higher cost. The hotel is walkable to broadway. Breakfast was good. Hilton needs better customer service skills, management, and cleaner rooms living up to Hilton standard.
