"Amazing experience in every way. Elegant facility. Wonderful smells. The best onsens I’ve visited. Food was excellence. Even had a shuttle from the train Station. I can’t imagine how it could be better."

Our room was the “Sakura” room which is a corner room with your own private garden, private onsen, and suite style room. The Kaiseki dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good too. "Yes, I made simple dishes, excellent coffee, and used the refrigerator. The clean and efficient kitchen had everything I needed."

"People do say that property is dated however it is a "grand" hotel. The style is reminiscent of older hotels but that shouldn't bother you unless you're expecting state of the art facilites."
