"The rooms were a little quirky but a very good size and well appointed"

"Likes: location, air con Dislikes: room not ready on arrival at 3.30pm, room with no window/light on lower ground floor (not advertised as windowless on Expedia), incredibly noisy from ground level of hotel above the room from 5.20am. Would not recommend"

"Friendly people, great value for money."

"Absolutely lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Perfect for a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall and museums, as well as restaurants. Will definitely use this hotel again"
