"Staff are amazing and so accommodating! We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen n 1 child) plus our Husky. It was perfect for all of us, our dog even got a little welcome box with treats and a toy. He's not great with other dogs but the staff really worked to help him be apart of our break, we had no issues. I honestly can't recommend enough "

Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. "The room was clean and spacious, with a small double appointed as a single bed which was lovely. Loads of storage space too. The bathroom was excellent, really big for a single room, and stocked with the amazing Bloom Remedies products I've come to love in this chain. I booked last minute and asked to be placed in the quietest part of the hotel, which was accommodated. The hotel is a beautiful building with lush grounds, ample parking and is situated only a 10-15min stroll from the city...

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite. On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space. We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us. The beds were comfortable...

"Leaving aside the novelty value, this is an excellent hotel. Superbly appointed room with excellent bathroom and everything works perfectly: near-silent but efficient climate control, faultless WiFi connectivity and TV casting. The restaurant is a treat, creative and beautifully presented menu choices and fabulous breakfast choices. Most of all the staff made the visit special; attentive, warm, courteous and helpful.
