"We were only here for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice property in the heart of London, convenient to many tourist spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though we do wish it would have opened before 8:00 AM, as we had to rush off to the airport before 9:00. "The hotel is good, and I would definitely recommend it. At first, I noticed that the room was a little dated, but we slept very well. Everything was clean, and that is the most important thing to me. We could open the window, which was nice, and the room had a small kitchen (just in case!) and an extra sink. Location Is perfect. The team on the front desk was really friendly. Breakfast was good, and we loved having unlimited coffee in the lounge! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!"

"Manual check in where you need to plot in your information all over again. I came very late so this was a bit annoying. Toilet had some nasty hairs from the last cleaning - only took a flush to fix that."
