"We were never informed that they had planned a roofing company working on the roof every day at 7:am until 5pm the entire week. It was cold outside so we listened to the ponding of nails all day long. Also they had someone with a security shirt walking around outside and taking pictures of everyone’s cars."

"The condo was being renovated. The living room and kitchen had unfinished sheet rock instillation, there was no trim on any of the doors and all the electric outlets did not have covers so the wiring was exposed. "

Great but limited views of the ocean from the porch, but it didn't matter. Location was fantastic, with the beach entrance around the corner. My small dogs LOVED running on the beach every morning. "East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. "
