"I absolutely LOVE this place. Property is gorgeous, rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walks around and the staff were very helpful. I will be back without question as this is a great peaceful place I wish to return to and soon. Breakfast spread was good as well! We were in a bind for the last night of our stay; the staff went above and beyond to help us, very lovely people, and we wish them all the best."

"The guy at the desk was really rude - he seemed annoyed when I asked about things for our kids eg cots. They bought hot water for baby’s bottle in a champagne bucket - we weren’t confident that was sanitary so didn’t use that water. The room was cold & dusty. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be coming back."

"Clean, comfortable with pleasant, helpful staff. A welcome pack/folder would have been nice. Good to have iron and ironing board provided. A few more hangers perhaps and a more comfortable chair!"

"Overall, very clean and as described. Decent breakfast and a good price. The team are very friendly."

"Very convenient for being at MAN airport of course, good breakfast, in-room media very dated and bathroom/shower with no handle for entry and exit into the bath tub not ideal for an old person like me. My second stay and would stay again."

"This was my second stay, the staff that booked me in was lovely, I didn’t use any of the amenities, though they did look very nice. My room was very comfortable and clean. I’ve already booked again for my Christmas trip ."

"It was nice and warm in the room witch I was glad about because the weather was shocking nice clean room and parking was good I would stay again"

"Check in was an easy process. Our room was superb and big. Full tv and great bathroom"

"David at front desk was awesome! Also everyone at front and throughout the hotel were amazing!!"

"Parking is fine"

"Comfortable and spacious room, and rates seemed very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant or gym (we were out and about too much), but we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good location for our needs and would be happy to stay again."
