Completely remodel 2 story 1890 home with fantastic ocean and light house views. Up stairs is two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV with internet services. Two bathrooms upstairs. One with tub, one with shower. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances . Living room has 65" TV with internet services, couch, love seat, two swivel rockers. Panoramic ocean view from inside house or off large deck. Sit and watch the whales (seasonal). Or the winter storm waves crash over the rocks of light house. Downstairs has one bedroom with twin beds, ocean view, laundry facilities, playroom and half bathroom. BBQer on site. Access to the beach with a spiral staircase just 100 feet out the front door. This home has stairs to entrance and exits. Not wheelchair friendly! No pets or service/ companion animals or smoking on the property. No exceptions! Redwood and Beach combo
We wanted a place to relax and enjoy the ocean when we weren’t exploring the Jedediah Smith section of the Redwoods. This property delivered. The views were fantastic and the house had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Our kids are 6 and 8 years old and loved exploring the tide pools and rock formations and beach access was across the street. Beachcombing is always a favorite. Super quick drive to the redwoods to hike and even went horseback riding. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome stay
This was by far the best of all we stayed at on our trip. The set up is great, it was clean, location is fantastic with beautiful views. Comfortable living! We can't say enough awesome things about this Vrbo rental.

Family vacation
The house was beautiful. We had everything that we needed. The host also helpful and communicated well with us. We did feel a tad uneasy with all of the cameras that were outside of the house and felt like we were being watched. We understand that places need security, but it felt like we were being watched. Just be aware of this when booking this house. The views of the house were definitely amazing as well as the access to the beach right across the street!

We have a wonderful stay! The house is stocked with all the essentials. One of the best VRBO stays I’ve had. We were so comfortable, the bedrooms are wonderful and well equipped for cold weather. The hosts were welcoming and very communicative. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place to Stay
This house is perfect. The house is clean and has every creature comfort one could imagine that would be needed or wanted. Such a nice place to stay! The location is amazing, steps from the beach. Great view of the lighthouse and amazing sunset views right from the front windows and porch. The hosts (Bobbie Jo and Mark) were so helpful with letting me know 101 may be closed due to a mudslide (it cleared up before I traveled) and also providing recommendations for things to do/places to eat. Crescent City is perfect for exploring the redwoods and checking out the beach. I would come back again and again!

Awesome property in a beautiful location
This was our "homebase" property for our week long adventure in the Crescent City area. We could not have asked for more. The house is beautiful, spacious, very well-appointed, clean and very well-located with a beautiful view of the ocean and Battery Point lighthouse. The hosts are very gracious and communicative. We would most definitely stay here again and have no reservations about fully recommending this property for any length of stay.

Perfect for our Family
So many great things about this place- Location-panoramic views of the ocean and lighthouse. Steps to beach access. The host has thought of literally anything you could need. Cute coffee bar, toys for the beach and kids to play with, laundry, nightlights, ice, snacks, water, Spotlessly clean everywhere. Great help from the host with places to visit and even directions. We travel and stay in rentals at least 3-4 times a year, and all of us voted Seaside as one of their faves. We’ll be back!
