"Slight problem with self check-in was rapidly resolved by a very helpful guy on reception. Room was fine although I personally wished to lower the ac but that was resistant - fortunately and gratefully able to open a window slightly. The guy running the cafe bar in reception was very keen to help and made a good impression. The location was perfect for an early start the following day. Overall a good experience."
