"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Was surprised at the size and the facilities were great. Just felt that it should have been dusted and cleaned behind the bedside tables and there should have been remotes for the skylight covers. "

"Went to a concert at the Piece Hall which was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk away. Apartments were freshly decorated the week prior to us visiting, which the owners informed us and apologised for due to lingering paint smell. But this was no issue, and meant we arrived to a lovely looking apartment space. Cannot complain at all. All information was delivered in time for us to access our room. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this...
