They recently started a mountain bike rental amenity which was a great addition to their offerings. We stayed in a king loft unit in the pavilion. It was spacious and comfortable. "My son and I travelled for a week through New England hiking, and none of the hotels we stayed in showed as much hospitality as the owners of the Smuggler's Notch Inn. Pat welcomed us when we arrived, gave us info on where we could get dinner (the attached Village Tavern was great), and our bedroom with attached bathroom was charming and comfortable. The icing on the cake was a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast by Pat's husband before we set off to hike Mount Mansfield. I would book there again "
