"Clean room and very helpful staff. Location was excellent for public transport and near to many places to visit. It was good value for money our only disappointment was that we booked through Hotels.com and we were expecting more than 2 separated beds which obviously you need in student accommodation.Hotels.com did not make it clear that we would be staying in student accommodation."
"Only a one night stay as it was close to Paddington Station to take Heathrow Express. The room was fine except for a lot of dark small hairs on the sheets and blanket which always give the ick feeling. It was easy to get in with code sent. Very quiet street and the room was quiet as well."
"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

Only thing I would have liked was to have been able to get into my room a little sooner the morning I arrived, but I understand based on check out time that was not possible. They did a great job holding my suitcase and allowing me access to a bathroom to freshen up before my meetings for the day. Thanks Riu Westminster - I would recommend to anyone traveling to London."
