"Had some trouble with the internet but everything else was great"

"Staff were EXEMPLARY!!! Every staff person went above and beyond to assist us. It became obvious early on, that their most important mission was satisfying the customer!!!"

"The room was really good. The AC and heat worked perfectly and weren't too loud. There was some rust on the fire extinguishers and sometimes the water smelled weird but all in all, I had a great stay during my week there. 9/10 would stay there again."

"Staff are great and the property is well Maintained. The room was clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is just ok, we don’t really like the packaged eggs that are served. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect for business stays…"

"What stands out to us is the staff! Shout out to them because they were friendly and smiling even during the breakfast rush. Hotel is clean, feels good, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great with amazing service too! Highly recommend and would be looking to book with Ayres Hotel again in the future. The bar is set high for other competitors!"

"Perfect location and very walkable. Near the coastline and also great restaurants and coffee. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen to use"

"Property could do with a bit more maintenance, and air con units are a bit loud"
