Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. "Excellent location right by Basel's Old Town, and there's a bus stop nearby with a bus that goes to the main train station. The rooms and beds are very modern and comfortable, the hotel is on a quiet street, and the breakfadt buffet is excellent. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was a good affordable option for a quick stay in Basel. It was quite far from the train station, maybe 25-30 minute walk with suitcases. The hotel gave us Basel cards which meant the trams were free to use. The room itself was comfortable but needed some maintenance, the bathroom door didn’t close and the sink was blocked. "

"Clean and spatial. Staff friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. The only complaint is when the bathroom light is turned on it lights up the whole room through the glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom, so when one goes to the toilet at night the other person sharing the room may wake up also if s/he is sensitive to light. "
